Programmer Analyst
Overview
The Programmer Analyst is responsible for performing systems analysis and supporting the project management lifecycle on an ongoing basis. Functions performed may include creating technical documentation, basic application development, analyzing database systems, creating reports, and supporting customers as a first tier analyst. Successful execution of this role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to organize and manage priorities working with multiple open items. The position requires a technical problem-solver capable of working independently and as a contributing member of a technical project team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately interpret customer communications to resolve application related support requests.
- Document activity, development, and support results as required.
- Assist in system development, implementation, configuration, and support as the first level of customer contact.
- Develop successful relationships with customers and co-workers.
- Provide input for periodic status reports, project updates, and business reviews.
Required Education/Experience:

AD/BS/BA degree in computer science/MIS or a related field of expertise.

Experience working with SQL Server and developing SQL statements.

Experience developing or supporting VB/VBscript and .NET based plications.

Exposure to Windows 2003 server, and infrastructure technologies

Strong computer skills; ability to quickly understand new systems.

Attention to detail, organization, efficiency and managing priorities.

Raw enthusiasm toward customer service and team oriented success.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team, as a self-starter.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills across varying degrees of technical experience.

Exposure to Sage SalesLogix, or CRM related applications a plus.

Application Developer
Overview
The Application Developer is responsible for creating technical solutions and functional applications using a variety of tools. Technologies that are leveraged include SQL Server, .NET, CRM application suites, BI tools, and other related software packages. Successful execution of this role requires the ability to develop quality customized solutions that fulfill project objectives. It is expected that this individual will work independently toward defined goals and be an effective contributor to the project team. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to organize and manage priorities working with multiple open items are required.
Job Responsibilities:

Develop outstanding and creative technical solutions using a variety of tools.

Perform analysis, design and program new or existing systems.

Apply application development knowledge to solve business problems.

Perform system(s) reviews, quality assurance and testing of application solutions.

Support the project management process as a knowledge contributor and by documenting your work.

Provide input for periodic status reports, project updates and business reviews.
Required Education/Experience:

AD/BS/BA degree in computer science/MIS or a related field of expertise.

3+ years demonstrated professional systems analysis and programming for windows platform.

Experience working with SQL Server and developing SQL statements.

Experience developing VB/VBscript and .NET based applications. JavaScript and Data integration experience a plus.

Exposure to Windows 2003 server and infrastructure technologies. VMware experience a plus.

Demonstrated ability to function in a production environment and solve problems.

Attention to detail, organization, efficiency and managing priorities.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team, with minimal supervision.
